\u00a0Business trip vs. secondment <\/strong><\/p>

Employers often confuse the concept of business travel with secondment thinking that we are dealing with synonymous concepts, which is wrong. The issue of distinguishing business travel and secondment has been the subject of Supreme Court decisions. Among others, in the judgment of February 20, 2007, ref. II PK 165\/2006<\/a>, the Supreme Court held that \" the undertaking by an employee of a trip combined with the performance of specific work under an agreement concluded with the employer is not business travel within the meaning of the\u00a0Article 775 \u00a7 1<\/a>\u00a0of the Labor Code.\".As is clear from the above, if a change is made to the place of work of a seconded employee, he will not enjoy the rights that would have accrued to him when he was on a business trip at the behest of his employer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
